The Faculty of Education is one of the largest faculties of Comenius University and one of the largest faculties of education in Slovakia. It is housed in three buildings and is located in two parts of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. Institute of Philological Studies (ÚFŠ) of the Faculty of Education focuses on basic and applied research in the field of linguistics, literary studies and didactics of English, German and Slovak language and literature, as well as Romance languages and literatures.
